The Institute for Transport and Logistics Foundation (ITL) is a no profit body founded on 17th December 2003 and based in Bologna, Piacenza and Ravenna (Italy). Its purpose is to contribute to the development and promotion of logistics and transport systems in the Region Emilia-Romagna through research, consultancy and training. ITL aims to trigger network relationship among public authorities, private companies and educational institutions.

In INDIMO, ITL leads the activities related to the testing of an inclusive digital technology to enable e-commerce in rural areas in Emilia-Romagna Region.
